hmm shldnt be here at this hour.

anw..no one can guess where i went to jus now! SP! not only tt..no one can guess wad i've gone there for..PHYSICAL TRAINING. wad the shit right..i dunno why i went la..haha.

it started off with amanda(from Cheers) jioing me there for training..i went cuz she said "come play la" ok..scammed..haha..almost 1 yr nv exercise alr..i almost died there..circuit training alright..it's more hiong den wad i've done in ajc..first 2 rounds warm up..den it's 8 rounds with 1 set of exercise after one round..so 8 sets all tgt..it nearly took my life away..LOL.

i bet my legs will beg me not to walk tml..haha.

but it's a worthwhile trip la..got to know more ppl..from Cheers as well as SP Rovers..and i'm healthier now! next tues..i shall consider if i wanna join..lol.

okok it's getting late..tuition tml again..and and and..meeting pw and bw for dinner tml! yays!=)
